The Acid Primer is necessary to prepare the nail for adhesion to UV gel or acrylic.
Belonging to the acrylate group, it is composed of 70-80% methacrylic acid and 10-20% butyl methacrylate. The primer will dehydrate the natural nail as well as “etch” a microscopic layer to promote better adhesion to gel or acrylic.
WARNING: Excessive use of primer will not improve product adhesion to the nail; it will only further dehydrate and “etch” it, so it should be used in moderation to avoid damaging the natural nail. When applying primer, it is important to allow a drying time of approximately 20 seconds to let it evaporate. An indispensable product for starting any nail work.
NOTE: The primer freezes at 15°C. If your primer has hardened, it is not ruined; simply place it in a warmer area and it will thaw. Never open the primer if you see it frozen, as you may break or permanently damage the brush.
